As Is analysis: Understand the existing sourcing procedures, process followed by the users across domain (RM, PM and CM). Map the activities and various tools involved execution of each procedure followed by the users. • Learn the solution: Understand the standard process in Wise environment for executing each task. • Realize the FIT analysis: o Identify the gaps between the existing norms and the Wise solution and propose solution to solve it. o Ensure the identified gaps are exhaustive and share it impacts to sourcing and other relevant functions. o Communicate the proposed solution to the business users and take their feedback • Realize the integration test o Support in data setting needed for WISE implementation o Execute the User Acceptance Testings and share its reports • Participate at the data migration o Support in creation of reports for Master data migration o Participate at the data collection with end-users o Realize vertical and horizontal control after upload • Execute the change management o Contribute to the knowledge transfer to the end users of sourcing function o Develop the training documents kits and train the ends users across all domains o Conduct change management workshops with impacted stakeholders internal (sourcing /MSC /Finance, etc) and external (Suppliers) o Provide inputs to sourcing team on the new procedures and take their feedback o Ensure the business validation is executed for all organizational procedures • Support in GO LIVE o Provide assistance to the end-user during simulation and go-live o Participate to the support of the solution during the post go-live

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience. o Leadership to onboard teams, stakeholders and supplier on complex projects and roadmaps o Ability to present results to top management o Strong communication skills o Curiosity, and analytical skills, both on data and markets & trends o Ability to leverage Supplier relationship to match the Responsiveness & Sustainability ambitions
• Experience in Data Management, especially on managing a scope from the strategic point of view o Skills on risk management and contract management o Strong team spirit and ability to work in multifunctional and international teams o Negotiation skills and ability to influence
