The Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, and deliver presentations to stakeholders. Responsibilities also include developing sales plans, analyzing market trends, and utilizing CRM tools to track performance. The role requires collaboration with marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions that meet clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to corporate clients. - Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve quotas. - Identify and pursue new corporate client opportunities through networking and research. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to drive repeat business. - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to various stakeholders within client organizations. - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand. - Track sales performance metrics and report on results to senior management. - Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in corporate sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. - Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. - Analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and sales forecasting. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics relevant to Info Edge India Ltd.'s offerings. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
