Job Description

You will lead a sales team to drive revenue growth by developing sales strategies, identifying corporate clients, building relationships, and managing the sales pipeline. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve corporate sales targets. - Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and evaluating their output. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and identifying new business opportunities. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry developments. - Tracking and reporting on sales performance, revenue growth, and other key metrics to senior management. - Working with internal teams, such as marketing, to align strategies and ensure smooth product or service delivery. Essential Skills: - Leadership and Motivation: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. - Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and contract negotiations. - Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and sales presentations. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop effective sales strategies and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. - Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance to make informed decisions. Qualifications: - Proven experience in corporate sales or business development. - A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing, is often required. - A track record of achieving sales targets.
