We’re Hiring: Manager – Corporate & Institutional Sales

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi
Experience: 4–8 years (minimum 3+ years in B2B Corporate Gifting)
Industry: Home Decor' Brand

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Corporate & Institutional Sales to drive business growth from corporate clients including bulk corporate gifting, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutions. The role involves end-to-end B2B sales ownership—from lead generation to deal closure and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in corporate gifting and institutional sales
  • Prospect clients through Google, online platforms, networking, and referrals
  • Lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, and client meetings
  • Share product catalogues via WhatsApp/email and deliver product presentations
  • Negotiate commercials and close sales orders
  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, delivery coordination, and receivables
  • Maintain and update sales leads and client database
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction
  • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for target clients and markets

Desired Profile

  • 4–8 years of overall sales experience with minimum 3+ years in B2B corporate gifting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in MS Office and business tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, web applications)
  • Highly organized, result-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and across India
  • High ethical standards with strong integrity and professionalism
