Role Overview: As a Manager/Associate Director at KPMG in Mumbai, you will be a part of the Transformation Customer & Operations advisory practice. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in their business transformation journey by advising them on core business issues such as revenue enhancement, cost optimization, and operational excellence. You will work with CXOs to implement solutions and drive their overall business agenda. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client engagements and delivery, understanding client needs and expectations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders - Develop technical and commercial proposals to meet client needs, manage project budgeting and operational metrics, and ensure project health - Define clear expectations for team members, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify learning and development needs - Ensure compliance with Firm's processes and policies, participate in internal initiatives, and lead firm initiatives such as recruitment and thought leadership Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM from a premier Business School - BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS in Engineering - Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience with big 4/other international business consulting firms, with at least 4-6 years in strategy or strategy & operations - Any other professional relevant to the role will be preferred Additional Details: You should have expertise or experience working in at least one of the following skills or industries: Manufacturing excellence, Cost Optimization, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Excellence, Continuous Process Improvement, Vendor management. Exposure to industries like Automobile, Diversified Industries, Telecom, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Transportation & Logistics, Chemical, Media & Entertainment will be advantageous.
