· Handling all Social and Technical Audits
· Taking care of all Utthan related Audits and documents
· Responsible for maintaining all reports related to SA8000
· Knowledge/understanding of current environmental, social and sustainability topics
· Preparing SOPs whenever/wherever required
· Conducting periodic trainings at all levels
· Push for automative and innovative ideas wherever necessary
· Maintenance of all the machines & their calibration activities
· Conducting necessary training related to Health and Safety
· Setting up a process to understand and study the scope of manhours and time duration taken of embroidery work being carried out at the factory as and when required (Time study)
· Ready to come in shifts whenever required.
· Ready to take any added responsibilities as & when required.
· Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
· Monitoring and maintaining the law and order on floor by taking frequent rounds of factory
· Coordinating with assistant and vendors such as Housekeeping, Security, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry services to get the work done timely
· Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in office premises
· Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
· Infrastructure and Inventory Management, and Maintenance (Seating arrangements, Allocation, and submission of Assets, Data updation)
· Taking care different AMCs and get the work done from service providers in specific intervals or as and when required. Services such as AC, IT Services, Fire Fighting services, Water purifier, pest control etc.
· Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
· Maintain MIS for day-to-day expenses, downtime issues
· Schedule in-house and external events
· Managing group health insurance for new and existing employees
