Position: Export Executive

Reporting to: Manager Export

Education: Graduate with PG / Diploma in Import/Export Management

Experience: 3–6 years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

JOB PURPOSE

The role is to efficiently and effectively handle the export process of sample pieces & final products to the high end international clients as per timelines and ensure 100% client satisfaction. This role will also require maintaining excellent relationships with the Courier and Shipping agents.

Export Documentation and Processing

 Prepare GSP and online submission with EIC

 Prepare error free processing of documents for Air Export/import

 Regularly co-ordinate with clearing and forwarding agents to ensure smooth process and timely delivery

 Assist in smooth execution of export orders and follow-ups

 Prepare and manage documents for free samples to clients on a regular basis

 Prepare and handle of monthly export documents and invoices of clients

 Ensure smooth processing of exports material till delivery

MIS

 Prepare accurate daily / weekly MIS and present the status to the Manager Export

Relationship Management with Courier & Shipping Agents

 Handle commercials and courier shipments

 Regularly track and record export & import shipments

 Prepare documents to submit to Indo German required for European countries

 Knowledge of software used by companies like UPS, DHL, Fedex etc for generating online airway bills

 Daily track and follow-up on Import as well as export consignment dispatched to clients with Shipping companies, Forwarder (DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc)

 Maintain excellent relations with the courier and shipping agents

 Keep abreast on the recent rules and regulations from them.
