Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree from recognised university. Professional work experience of 08 to 10 years in embroidery production unit.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:



Problem-solving attitude



Strong knowledge of hand embroidery techniques and materials



Knowledge of European high fashion brands



Team management skills. Able to handle more than 50 karigars along with Supervisor.



Familiarity with quality control standards



Ready to work in shifts as per work schedule

Job Description: A Production Executive in the hand embroidery industry plays a vital role in overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of embroidered products.



Plan and manage embroidery production schedules to meet client deadlines.



Supervise artisans and embroidery workers, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.



Coordinate with concern Managers to understand embroidery specifications.



Ensure compliance with quality standards and traditional embroidery techniques.



Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.



Train and mentor embroidery artisans to enhance skill levels.



Maintain records of production output and resolve any workflow issues.



Monitor and control raw material inventory.


