Job Description

Reporting to and works closely with VP -Commercial & Procurement 1. Procurement and Contracting: a. Assist the VP in contract bifurcation between material and service components for tax efficiency. b. Support end-to-end contracting for Civil, MEP, and service packages. c. Review tender packages for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved budget. d. Track tender event schedules and ensure timely issuance of procurement documents. 2. Project Budgeting and Monitoring: a. Maintain project cost sheets, budget trackers, and variance reports. b. Monitor budget vs actuals across procurement packages and work orders. c. Assist in value engineering exercises and maintain VE dashboards. d. Track savings, cost optimization opportunities, and pricing benchmarks. 3. Process Governance and SAP Monitoring: a. Support end-to-end SAP workflows monitoring. b. Maintain commercial documentation and audit-ready records. c. Work with the VP to standardize SOPs, approval formats, and process check
