Job Role & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop role-specific recruitment plans. Design and implement scalable recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Leverage data-driven insights to track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other sourcing partners. Enhance employer branding through campaigns, social media, events, and internal advocacy. Oversee the use and optimization of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
