About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Manager – Client Partnerships to join our growing team. This is a dual-role opportunity that combines hunting new business with farming existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving programmatic sales, onboarding new clients, and deepening relationships with existing partners through strategic problem-solving and consultative engagement.This is not an operations role — it’s about owning relationships, building trust, and driving measurable performance outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
New Business Development
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients (agencies, brands, app developers).
- Drive adoption of our programmatic solutions, with a clear focus on performance outcomes.
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and close deals independently.
Client Partnerships & Growth
- Act as a trusted advisor for existing accounts — understanding business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Solve client problems proactively, ensuring they get maximum value from our platform.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts, ensuring revenue growth.
- Partner with internal teams (ops, product, tech) to deliver on client expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in adtech sales / client partnerships (programmatic, mobile marketing, app discovery).
- If not adtech, strong exposure to martech / SaaS with proven new business and account growth experience.
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, attribution).
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders at agencies and brands.
