Designation: Manager - CIP Warehousing

Office Location: Corporate Office Gurgaon (Corporate Office)

Years of experience: 7 to 12

Salary Range: INR 1500000 to 2000000 (Annual)

Position description:

Design the continuous Improvement strategy for Warehousing Division.
Identify methods by which Warehouse operations could be improved or streamlined to provide maximum cost-effective benefits to the facility, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, addressing internal and external business interdependencies, and ensuring stability and flow across the business.
Work with key business stakeholders, to build a continuous improvement culture. Identify the Muda, Mura, and Muri of the process and provide solutions to eliminate Lean
Ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through project delivery via internal governance and controls
Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
Coordinates for continuous Improvement initiatives across the region, coaching top management to support and drive effort
Evaluates the Business Improvement Plan for the region to meet changing business needs.
Design Framework for the ongoing measurement of processes and metrics
Drive lateral learning and sharing of good practices across BU’s

Essential job-related skills & competencies:-


Experience using Process Excellence and Lean 6 Sigma methodologies

Proven leadership in implementing strategicinitiatives, with the minimum of 5 years’ experience in management positions; SupplyChain Management or similar preferred

Knowledge of Data Analytics Tools – Tableau,Quick view or similar preferred
