Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing, E-commerce & Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day online sales operations, manage digital campaigns, and lead the execution of e-commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through digital channels, managing marketplace operations, and creating compelling promotional content such as banners, social media creatives, and ad campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, offers and campaign management (Push notifications, e-mailers, social media, email, etc.)
  • Manage paid ad campaigns and monitor analytics to optimize performance
  • Design and create basic visual assets such as promotional banners, social media creatives, and email headers
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign execution and brand consistency
  • Oversee daily operations across company website and app
  • Track campaign KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
  • Reconciliation and daily day to day task to monitor business growth


E-com Operations:

  • Ensure smooth order processing, inventory updates, pricing accuracy, and listing management
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations and internal processes
  • Maintain and improve workflow efficiency through SOPs and task tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines
  • Support inventory, logistics, or administrative functions as needed
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for all digital e-commerce campaigns


Other Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or operations
  • Familiarity with tools Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, Google analytics, Meta Business Suite), marketplaces, and analytics tools etc
  • Strong analytical understanding and time management
  • Excellent communication skills and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in startups or D2C/e-commerce brands
