Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1) Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes and ensure smooth operations 2) Verify, approve, and process vendor invoices; ensure timely payments; manage cash flow planning 3) Maintain vendor relationships, reconcile vendor accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies 4) Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations; coordinate with tax teams 5) Prepare AP reports, assist in audits, and implement internal controls to prevent fraud/errors 6) Identify process improvements, implement automation tools, and update SOPs Experience 1) 10-12 years of experience in Accounts Payable 2) Past experience in internal audit function 3) CA or Masters (Full time) Show more Show less
