Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The main purpose of this role is to have complete operational control on the back-end Treasury operation with daily review with all the Team Leads to understand the challenges, support and guidance require to complete regular operation. To find out the process improvement, Automation, Risk identification & mitigation to stabilize the process. Regular interaction with all the stakeholders to understand their expectation and re-align people, process and system to get desire outcome with best people management. Finally to complete month closing activities in given deadline, 100% Tax compliance etc with audit schedule preparation and end to end audit of all Business verticals.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    1)Ensure adherence to SLAs, RSLAs and Escalation Matrix for smooth Operation & Accounting of Treasury products 2)Daily review and Report open items from BRS on various Financial Instruments 3)Ensure end-to-end accounting of treasury instruments with applicable Tax compliances 4)Continuous review of processes to identify process automation and risk mitigation 5)Handle all the BU / GCC requirement wrt. MIS, Data preparation for any Business, Compliances or Govt Notices perspective. 6)Ensuring no Tax default of any tax provisions in accounting and reporting. 7)MIS review, reporting and handle month closing activities 8)Dealing with the auditors and providing audit schedules 9)Follow-up with respective BUs for Open BRS items and other key points 10)Assign targets for team members & measure their performance 11)Periodical meeting with respective Stakeholders on Hygiene Control areas, open issues and resolution thereof. 12)Responsible to Drive all the System base, RPA projects with Team for timely closure and reports to Seniors

Qualifications and Experience


    Education Qualifications: MBA (Finance) / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management. Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in operations, or a related field, with at least 3-4 years in a middle level leadership role. Preferable if having SAP - TRM module knowledge or Similar ERP platform
