BlitzenX is looking for a sharp, self-directed Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales and partnership efforts across the global insurance technology landscape. This role demands a rare mix of enterprise relationship-building, commercial drive, and ecosystem intelligence. You'll be expected to convert opportunities into real revenue, forge deep relationships with insurers and tech partners, and build scalable alliance models that fuel BlitzenX’s global expansion. As Business Development Manager – Insurance Tech & Ecosystem Alliances , you won’t just be closing deals — you'll be opening up entire markets. We’re looking for a revenue leader who can develop strategic alliances, forge enterprise-grade client relationships, and architect high-value opportunities across continents. This is a senior, high-impact role that will directly influence our mission to scale to 2,500+ top-tier professionals and cross $100M+ in revenue by 2030 . You’ll operate at the intersection of sales, strategy, and partnerships, acting as a force multiplier for BlitzenX’s global growth. Key Responsibilities Scale Global Insurance Market Penetration Lead enterprise sales efforts targeting insurance carriers across North America, UK, Europe, APAC, and Australia. Build and expand a qualified, sustainable pipeline across digital transformation, core modernization, cloud, and data initiatives. Own aggressive revenue targets — with a sharp focus on high six-figure to multi-million-dollar deal closures. Build & Expand the Tech Partnership Ecosystem Develop high-impact strategic alliances with InsurTech platforms, including Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, and others. Architect joint GTM frameworks — co-develop, co-market, and co-sell solutions that unlock scalable growth for BlitzenX. Position BlitzenX as a preferred delivery and co-innovation partner across global marketplaces and vendor ecosystems. Act as a Growth Catalyst for MNC Expansion Play a direct role in transforming BlitzenX from a high-performance firm to a globally recognized enterprise-class player. Build relationships with global analysts, ecosystem leads, and channel influencers to increase brand visibility and positioning. Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to create campaigns and narratives that land in boardrooms across geographies. Enterprise Sales Leadership Drive CXO-level engagement — deliver boardroom-level pitches, lead complex negotiations, and close transformational deals. Design and own account-based strategies to unlock upsell, cross-sell, and long-term client expansion opportunities. Partner with delivery and product teams to ensure aligned execution, account growth, and post-sale success. Data-Driven Execution & Forecasting Deliver predictable revenue through disciplined forecasting, CRM hygiene, pipeline metrics, and proactive performance reviews. Continuously optimize sales playbooks, value messaging, and partnership models based on market learnings. Ideal Profile Minimum 8+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, strategic business development, or partner alliances, ideally in the insurance, InsurTech, or enterprise tech domain. Hands-on experience working with insurance carriers and ecosystems across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Deep familiarity with partner ecosystems like Guidewire PartnerConnect, Duck Creek’s ecosystem, and other insurance platforms. Demonstrated ability to own and close seven-figure revenue deals and lead sales cycles with enterprise stakeholders. Strategic thinker and tactical executor — knows how to balance big-picture growth with ground-level hustle. High-performance DNA: thrives in ambiguous, high-speed environments with minimal supervision and maximum expectation. Willingness to travel globally and work across time zones to support international expansion. What We’re Not Looking For Anyone chasing stability over scale.
