Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, inbound leads, etc.).

· Client Engagement & Relationship Building:Understand client requirements and present tailored digital marketing solutions, focusing on SEO, SMO, website development, hosting, performance marketing, and video services.

· Proposal Development & Pitching:Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to convert leads into customers.

· Market Research & Trend Analysis:Stay updated with the latest digital trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.

· Revenue Target Achievement:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.

· Collaboration with Delivery Teams:Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, development, creative, performance marketing) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

· CRM Management & Reporting:Maintain updated client records and sales pipeline in CRM tools and generate periodic performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3-7 years of proven experience in business development/sales in a digital marketing agency.

· Strong understanding of digital services including SEO, SMO, PPC, web design & development, hosting, and video editing.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong networking abilities and client-handling experience.

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with tools like Social Media Platforms, any CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.

· Exposure to digital marketing KPIs and conversion optimization strategies.

· Prior experience in agency sales or handling domestic/international clients (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
