Roles and responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and HR departments and also have to do field sales .
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Understand clients’ recruitment needs and provide customized hiring solutions.
  • Achieve business targets related to revenue, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients for business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and client discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM or reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
