Business Development Manager (BDM) - Hami Technologies
Hami Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to play a crucial role in our company's expansion. If you are passionate about bringing innovative IT services and Technology Solutions to the Indian market, this opportunity is for you.Core Responsibilities. Market Penetration: Plan and execute sales strategies for our technology solutions, targeting new clients and strategic business partnerships within the Indian market.. Lead Generation & Closing: Lead efforts to identify new business leads, negotiate with clients, and successfully close deals to meet company growth objectives.. Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-term business relationships with prospective and existing customers, acting as a key point of contact.. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (Revenue Goals) set by the management.✅ Required Profile. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role, specifically within the Technology sector.. Demonstrated proficiency in selling IT services, software products, or technology solutions.. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.. Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English and Malayalam/local languages preferred.. A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology).
