Job Summary The BD Lead role is pivotal in driving business growth and expanding market presence. With 8 to 12 years of experience the candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office and domain knowledge in Payer and Provider to develop strategic partnerships. Operating in a hybrid work model the role focuses on day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and expand market presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives. Utilize MS Office tools to analyze market trends and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape. Coordinate with marketing teams to design and execute effective promotional campaigns. Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business development strategies. Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the success of business initiatives. Ensure alignment of business development activities with the companys overall objectives. Support the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting. Exhibit strong communication and negotiation skills for client interactions. Possess a deep understanding of the Payer and Provider domains. Showcase the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
