Process Overview

Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations team at GBS manages a broad range of functions within default and non-default servicing for mortgage customers and investors whilst enabling compliance to state, federal and investor requirements/ guidelinesSupervisory role with responsibility to deliver critical to quality metrics for the Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations line of business. Candidate must possess leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front and by example
  • Maintain effective connect with team and leadership
  • Coach and mentor new managers part of the same group
  • Contribute to larger functional priorities | Active participation in Enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Effective performance management – Timely coaching and feedback
  • Contribute to process improvement | Risk Management – drive strong culture in larger teams
  • Meet BAU and ad-hoc requirements | Ensure process remains compliant to all critical deliverables
  • Understand process, team dynamics, work closely with the team and highlight any issues proactively

Requirements

Education:

Graduate in any stream

Experience Range:

10 - 12 years

Foundational skills :

Understanding of Mortgage Products & ServicesStrong interpersonal & communication skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsPrioritization and ownership of critical issuesHands on experience of managing multiple mid-size teamsAbility to work independently and in a team environment

Work Timings

7:00 AM to 06:30 AM IST (any 9 Hrs. shift as per business requirements)
