Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Tiruchirappalli. The Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, ensure achievement of organizational goals, and develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and employee productivity. Responsibilities include leading a team, setting objectives, generating reports, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, including goal setting and performance monitoring
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations, with relevant experience in the finance sector
Proficiency in analytical tools and data-driven decision-making
Proven ability to implement business strategies and achieve organizational goals
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are a plus
