Job Description


  • Develop and execute B2B strategy for Kerala across institutions, corporates, retailers, government buyers, and gifting clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of TSMs across various districts.
  • Drive sales of sports equipment and merchandise through institutional and retail channels.
  • Handle government procurement, tenders, and order processing via the GEM Portal.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, academies, corporates, government departments, and retail partners.
  • Ensure end-to-end sales execution—from lead generation and proposal building to negotiation and order fulfilment.
  • Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting for management reviews.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B sales (sports equipment, retail, institutional, or corporate gifting).
  • Experience in selling to retailers and driving distribution-based sales is added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience managing GEM Portal processes and government business.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing regional/statewide sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good understanding of Kerala market dynamics (preferred).
