Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kozhikode. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organisation. Responsibilities HR Management and Operations skills Performance Management (PMS) Employee Engagements On-boarding Strong organisational and communication skills Familiarity with labour laws and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 2+ years' of experience working in Human Resources primarily in Performance Management, Employee Relations and Engagements Excellent communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): This is an in office job and requires you to work in our office in Kozhicode (Calicut).
