Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Textile Technology / Chemical Engineering
Experience: - to years of textile chemical Sales and marketing, specializing in cotton, polyester, and polyamine.

This role focuses on driving sales growth within the chemical industry by managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships customer relationships, technical support, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow existing customer accounts, accounts by identify identifying address addressing needs.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the chemical industry.
Sales Forecasting: Contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes.
Technical Support: Provide technical support assistance customers, including product information, applications, application guidance, troubleshooting.
Sales Strategy: Assist in the developing implementation implementing strategies and tactics.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, including activity summaries and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, Marketing, Operations, technical Technical Support, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of specific textile chemicals and their applications.
- Experience managing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape within the chemical industry.
- Proficient in using ZOHO CRM software.
