Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager - Sales & Marketing located in Tiruppur. The Regional Manager will oversee daily sales and marketing activities, develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage sales teams, and maintain relationships with key clients. Other responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with different departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualification : B. Tech / M. Tech – Textile Technology / Chemical Engineering

Experience   : 12 - 15 years of experience in textile chemical sales. 

Location       : Tirupur (Tamilnadu)

Region           : South India

Company      : Harris & Menuk Chemicals Pvt Ltd (Auxiliaries Division)

Reporting to : Head of Sales & Marketing

CTC               : As per market standard

This role focuses on driving sales growth within the chemical industry by managing existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing technical support, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
