Role Overview:

Were seeking a talented marketer who understands digital funnels, excels at optimizing conversions, and is driven to exceed marketing goals. You’ll be responsible for crafting journeys, executing impactful campaigns, and turning leads into active, engaged traders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive user activation across the entire funnel—from lead to KYC, login, pay-in, and trade.
  
• Create compelling content across WhatsApp, email, and SMS to boost conversions.
  
• Increase brokerage revenue through engagement of new and existing clients.
  
• Build and optimize end-to-end digital journeys to improve activation & engagement.
  
• Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  
• Collaborate with sales to improve funnel performance and conversions.
  
• Assist in creating marketing strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.
  
• Run A/B tests and implement optimization techniques to enhance UX and reduce churn.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in growth or digital marketing with proven KPI success.
  
• Hands-on experience with tools like MoEngage, Plotline, CleverTap, WebEngage, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into insights.
  
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends.
