Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients (Corporate) to understand brand requirements and propose tailored advertising solutions.
- Develop and pitch effective media plans, showcasing organization's value in brand communication strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and clients.
- Create compelling proposals and close high-value deals independently.
- Proactively network to expand market reach and source new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in media sales, business development, or sponsorship sales.
- Industry Exposure: Print, Radio.
- Strong market connections with Corporate clients and agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasive, well-groomed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
