Manager – 2 (West & Central Region)
• States: Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh
• Key Cities: Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Ujjain, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Raipur, Nava Raipur, Raigarh, Bhilai, Korba, Ambikapur, Jagdalpur, Bilaspur

Key Responsibilities
• Build and strengthen outreach relationships with CAT/MAT/XAT coaching centers and leading undergraduate colleges in the assigned region.
• Conduct and coordinate presentations, workshops, seminars, and career sessions to promote programs and generate student interest.
• Generate, collect, and manage aspirant data, ensuring accuracy in lead tracking.
• Perform counseling and follow-up calls with prospective students and parents for admissions conversion.
• Maintain strong relationships with principals, faculty members, coaching center heads, and student communities.
• Effectively use CRM systems to manage leads, track student interactions, and report outreach progress.
• Plan, execute, and report on regional admissions outreach activities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Provide insights into regional market trends, competition, and student behavior to the CAE.

• September to April: Outreach in the assigned regional states & cities
• May to July: On-campus admission activities at TSM

Candidate Requirements
• Education: Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–5 years in admissions, outreach, business development, or student counseling (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Skills & Attributes:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
o Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and counseling ability.
o Working knowledge of CRM systems (lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting).
o Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
