Role Overview

Pahle India Foundation (PIF) headed by Chairman Dr Rajiv Kumar, former Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog is inviting applications for the position of “Manager Administration”, who  not only possesses strong administrative skills but also has good knowledge of  IT. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and managing company processes.
• Coordinate with various departments (HR, Finance, and Logistics) for operational efficiencies.
• Prepare operational reports and support documentation requirements.
• Monitor inventory and procurement needs
• Assist in implementing process improvements and operational policies.
• Support management in planning and executing various events / projects.

Qualifications & skills

• Master’s Degree in Management (preferably IT / Operations specialisation)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills  
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• good understanding of various Administrative and HR softwares like Keka and Zoho
• Information Technology management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy 

Remuneration

As per industry norms and dependent on skill sets
