Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management.
• Insurance, banking follow up and maintaining telephone bills
• Managing repair, maintenance and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, buildings etc.
• Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements.
• Handle back office operations, inter office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billings, cheques etc.
• Ensuring that facilites meet government regulatory and enviornmental, health and security standards.
• Identification of premises for branches.
• Executing and renewal of periodical lease agreements.
• Work related to purchasing (by obtaining permission from concerned authority) and services for corporate office and branches.
• Supervision and control of all movable and immovable assets owned by company.
• Such other assignments that may be given to you from time to time.

Qualification : Graduation / Post graduation (Any specialization)

Experience: 2-3 yrs experience

Location: Palarivattom
