Manager Administration

A renowned company engaged in Structural Steel Fabrication is urgently looking for a MANAGER- ADMINISTRATION for its Plant at Tilda Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, The Candidate should having sound exposure in handling all sort of administrative responsibilities in a Manufacturing Plant.

Job Description:

• Monitoring & Control day-to-day administrative activities at the Manufacturing Plant
• Coordination with Vendors and Suppliers for various requirements.
• Manage movement of material and Machinery at the Plant
• Manage Contractors and the contract Labour supplied by them along with their bills verification
• Fleet Management, Transport, insurance, Road Tax, arrangement of Drivers , etc.
• Project Facility Management including Canteen, Staff Quarters, Labour Quarters and Office Administration
• Liaison with various authorities for taking necessary clearances and approvals.
• Dealing with various authorities like Gram Panchayat, Patwari, Land & Revenue Department, Local Administrative bodies, Electrical Department, EHS officials, and other statutory authorities, etc.
• Ensure necessary compliance under various laws to smoothly run the business of the Company.
• Coordination with various functional heads at the Plant and facilitation
• Independent noting, drafting and correspondence.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Post Graduate, Proficient in Computer operation and various software, internet & email.

Experience:

• Having 10-15 years relevant experience, in Administration, Liaison & Coordination in a Manufacturing Unit.

Skills:

• Effective Interpersonal and Strong Communication Skills.
• Good analytical and decision making skills
• Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve various issues.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
