Manager Administration

As a Manager- Administration at the renowned company engaged in Structural Steel Fabrication, located at Tilda Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, your role will involve: - Monitoring & controlling day-to-day administrative activities at the Manufacturing Plant - Coordinating with Vendors and Suppliers for various requirements - Managing the movement of material and Machinery at the Plant - Managing Contractors and the contract Labour supplied by them along with their bills verification - Handling Fleet Management, Transport, insurance, Road Tax, arrangement of Drivers, etc. - Overseeing Project Facility Management including Canteen, Staff Quarters, Labour Quarters, and Office Administration - Liaising with various authorities for necessary clearances and approvals - Dealing with various authorities like Gram Panchayat, Patwari, Land & Revenue Department, Local Administrative bodies, Electrical Department, EHS officials, and other statutory authorities - Ensuring necessary compliance under various laws to smoothly run the business of the Company - Coordinating with various functional heads at the Plant and facilitating independent noting, drafting, and correspondence Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate/Post Graduate - Proficient in Computer operation and various software, internet & email Experience: - 10-15 years relevant experience in Administration, Liaison & Coordination in a Manufacturing Unit Skills needed: - Effective Interpersonal and Strong Communication Skills - Good analytical and decision-making skills - Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve various issues - Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be entitled to cell phone reimbursement and internet reimbursement as part of the benefits offered by the company.,
