We are now seeking an experienced Manager – Administration & Facilities to lead our facilities operations, ensure compliance, and create a productive, safe, and engaging workplace.

What You’ll Own (and Ace)

The Manager – Administration & Facilities will oversee all aspects of office administration, facilities management, vendor relationships, and compliance processes across our India operations. This role demands a proactive leader who can optimize costs, enhance the workplace experience, and support our growing workforce with seamless facilities and administrative services.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 8-12 years

  of progressive experience in administration and facilities management within a fast-paced technology or corporate environment.
• Proven expertise in

  ISO audits, vendor management, lease execution, procurement, and workplace safety

  .
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or Operations (Master's preferred).
• Familiarity with IoT/AI-driven facility management solutions is a plus.

Skills & Leadership:

• Strong

  negotiation, budgeting, and cost-optimization

• Excellent

• Overseeing lease agreements, vendor contracts, and procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships for facilities and office supplies.
• Coordinating employee transport and logistics.

• Leading and mentoring the administration team.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Finance and IT to align facilities strategy with company goals.
