Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to enhance control systems and instrumentation within the thermal power plant Lead a team of control and instrumentation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems into existing operations Monitor and analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols related to controls and instrumentation Manage budgeting and resource allocation for control systems projects Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of learning and growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field Minimum of 17-20 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry Show more Show less
