About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of accounting principles, strong tax compliance expertise, and proven leadership skills to manage a large team and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Expertise: Apply core accounting principles to maintain accurate financial records.

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with TDS, GST, Customs, and Transfer Pricing regulations, including filing of monthly and annual returns.

Income Tax Coordination: Prepare documentation and liaise with authorities for income tax assessments.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 25 members, driving performance and meeting deadlines.

Audit Coordination: Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring smooth communication with external and internal auditors.

Legal Coordination: Handle legal matters related to tax appeals and documentation.

Vendor & Statutory Payments: Oversee timely vendor settlements and online statutory payments.

Branch & Cross-Divisional Support: Provide financial guidance to branch teams and collaborate across divisions to ensure GST compliance.

Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate inputs for monthly reports, budget preparation, and variance analysis.

Finalization of Accounts: Lead the year-end closing of standalone and consolidated statutory accounts across multiple countries (India, Malaysia, Rwanda, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai).

Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 10 years in accounting within manufacturing and service industries.

Education: B.Com or equivalent; CMA / CA Inter preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems or Tally; strong MS Excel skills.

Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of GST filing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor large teams effectively.
