Manager – Accounts & Finance ( CA candidates only)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead our finance function. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing budgeting and forecasting, and driving cost optimization within the manufacturing sector. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in accounting and finance in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the finance and accounting department, including financial reporting, cash flow, and budget control.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Handle loans, working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory cost control.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing costs, focusing on raw cashew nut production.
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory audits.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
• Implement and maintain ERP/accounting software systems to improve finance operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review and audit preparation.

Qualifications:

• CA Qualification required
• 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior role in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting, financial planning, and tax regulations in India.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Tally) and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
