Manager Accounts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Manager – Accounts to lead and manage the accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in core accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience and a solid understanding of ERP/accounting software and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Ensure timely closing of books of accounts (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
• Prepare and analyze financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Manage statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, ROC filings
• Liaise with external auditors for statutory and tax audits
• Monitor and manage internal controls and SOP implementation
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management for financial planning and control
• Ensure timely vendor payments, receivable follow-ups, and accurate cash flow reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com with completed CA Articleship (CA Inter preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP (SAP, Zoho, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years post-qualification
Education: B.Com / Completed CA Articleship
