About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, prepare financial statements, manage payables and receivables, coordinate audits, and lead a team of junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely completion of all statutory compliances (on or before the cut-off date + 3 days).
• Preparation of monthly trial balance and Profit & Loss accounts.
• Development of monthly financial statements including Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
• Handling of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Filing and reconciliation of GST returns including GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C.
• Working knowledge of Form 26AS and IT Returns (both company and individual).
• Support and coordination for financial and tax audits.
• Preparation and maintenance of General Ledger.
• Team management and supervision of junior accounting staff.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Educational Qualification: M.Com / Inter CA / B.com.
• Hands-on knowledge of

• Analytical skills with leadership capabilities.
