As a Management Trainee at Propel Industries in the Electric Vehicle (EV) Truck Division, you will be assisting in various aspects of sales and marketing to promote EV dumper trucks in different sectors. This role will provide you with hands-on experience across sales, marketing, and customer engagement, preparing you for future leadership roles in the commercial EV space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive EV dumper truck adoption in mining, logistics, and industrial sectors. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and competitor insights. - Support lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups in coordination with the sales team. - Collaborate with marketing to implement digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional activities. - Prepare compelling sales presentations, business proposals, and client-specific pitch materials. - Attend and assist in industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to boost visibility and lead generation. - Engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored technical and commercial solutions. - Track market trends and analyze competitor strategies to refine product positioning. - Maintain and update CRM systems, sales reports, and other documentation with accuracy and timeliness. - Assist with post-sales activities, including service coordination, feedback collection, and customer satisfaction tracking. - Participate in sales negotiations, learning how to build strong commercial proposals and close deals effectively. - Work cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure alignment with market needs and feedback. **Qualifications:** - MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or related field with Engineering Background (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience). In this role, you will need to have a strong interest in electric mobility, sustainable transportation, and B2B industrial sales. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, along with an analytical mindset and good problem-solving ability. You should also be willing to travel and work in field environments (customer visits, trade shows, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
