About the Company : We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales of Electric Tipper Trucks focused on the crushing and mining segment. This role demands deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and a proven track record of managing complex B2B sales in heavy-duty vehicle or construction equipment sectors. Responsibilities : Lead business development and strategic sales initiatives in the crushing, mining, and quarrying sectors. Identify high-value projects, build key client relationships, and manage long-term sales pipelines. Engage with quarry owners, mining contractors, EPC players, and fleet operators to promote EV adoption. Drive customer consultations with detailed ROI modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) discussions. Work closely with product, service, and R&D teams to offer customized solutions. Build a regional dealer and partner network to expand market reach. Monitor industry trends, government policies, and sustainability regulations influencing EV deployment in mining. Represent the company in trade fairs, mining expos, and regional industry events. Mentor and lead a junior sales team across both regions. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical); MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 10 years in B2B sales of Heavy Commercial Vehicles, EV Trucks, or Construction/Mining Equipment. Deep understanding of mining site operations, haulage dynamics, and fleet lifecycle costs. Proven ability to close large-volume deals and manage long-cycle enterprise accounts. Strong network in mining belts of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning abilities. Willingness to travel extensively and work in off-road industrial locations. Required Skills : Deep industry knowledge. Strong customer relationships. Proven track record in B2B sales.
