Tavastra is the world's first 100% residential startup accelerator , built on deep, hands-on co-creation, and we're looking for a handful of exceptional individuals to join us as Founding Management Trainees. This Isn't Just a Role; It's a Launchpad. For 4-6 intense months (or through our inaugural cohort), you won't just be an employee; you'll be a co-creator, a problem-solver, and a pivotal part of the Tavastra story. You'll live and breathe innovation in a stunning 4-star resort in Chail, Himachal Pradesh, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our co-founders, seasoned experts, world-class mentors, global investors, and the 21 dynamic startups we're building from the ground up. What will you actually do This is a unique, rotational opportunity to dive deep into the engine room of a groundbreaking accelerator. Based on your skills, interests, and our evolving needs, you could be contributing significantly to: Marketing, Social & Storytelling: Crafting our narrative, managing campaigns, or even leveraging your skills in videography, content creation, or filmmaking. Capability & Program Ops: Ensuring the smooth execution of our intensive 12-week cohort. Community, Culture & Events: Being a champion for the Tavastra spirit among founders and team. Finance & Administration: Supporting budgeting, procurement, and operational efficiency.
