Collabera's Management Trainee (MT) Program:

Collabera's Management Trainee Program offers a challenging, structured, rotational career development program for fresh management graduates. It aims to nurture young talent with strong potential to become High Value Specialists and future business leaders in Collabera.

It shall also provide the incumbent with solid grounding in relevant industry knowledge, management skills and set a strong foundation for an individual to develop long term career with us.

Objectives of the Program:

To develop associates who possess an all rounded understanding of business teams before becoming subject matter experts.

To build and nurture strong well rounded leaders that will replenish pipeline for managerial roles over the next 3 to 5 years.

The program prepares MTs to anticipate and solve complex problems, manage projects, build people network, and meet continuous challenges in the IT Staffing Industry.

What to expect?

As a trainee you will fulfil challenging assignments throughout our Offshore Delivery Centre organization in the fields of Corporate HR including Recruitment, Talent Management and OD, L&D, Finance, Market Research etc. During each rotation of the traineeship you participate in different projects. We assume that you like to operate hands-on and take responsibility at the same time.

What are the requirements?

• Someone who knows how to navigate AI
• If fresher, then with interest in strategic planning or MBA fresher.
• Expertise in PPT and Excel.
• Someone who understands the deadline work and mature individual.
• You are a post graduate with a degree in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing or General Management.
• You have no more than two years of working experience and you have preferably demonstrated interest in Service Industry.
• You have an international mind-set.
• Good command over English language.
• You are highly ambitious; you constantly drive improvement and set stretching goals.
• You are good at identifying market drivers and passionate to serve your customer.
• You stand out by your ability to organize, analyze and translate strategic relevant information.
• You are a real team player who is interested in the motives and behaviors of colleagues and drives collaboration.
• You have developed skills from extra-curricular activities like sports, volunteer work, internships, or committee activities.
