Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our HR team as a Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various HR functions, develop managerial capabilities, and prepare the candidate for a long-term career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

· Assist in HR operations including employee documentation, database management, and compliance.

· Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support the organization of events and activities.

· Contribute to the implementation of learning & development programs.

· Work with the HR team on performance management and appraisal cycles.

· Assist in policy implementation and support grievance redressal processes.

· Support HR analytics by compiling reports and analyzing workforce data.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

· Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR or related internships.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.

· Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
