Management Trainee (HR)

We are looking for Management Trainee to drive the Finance and HR implementation processes to our various clients. The candidates will undergo a 6-month training, during which they will work closely with Management/operations team, participate in day-to-day operations, and contribute to process improvements and organizational growth. Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be offered a permanent employment opportunity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the Operations team in coordinating daily activities and ensuring smooth workflow.

· Support in the preparation, processing, and tracking of invoices and related documentation.

· Conduct follow-ups with clients and operational updates.

· Help maintain accurate records of operational data and reports.

· Handle administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration HR, Finance, or related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn operational processes.
