Job Description

As a Business Operations Associate, your role involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company. You will closely collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless business processes, enhance productivity, and contribute to achieving organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze data related to various business operations, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and workflows, proposing and implementing enhancements to boost operational efficiency. - Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process manuals, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. - Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management for informed decision-making. - Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to operations to ensure timely completion within budget. - Track and manage inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. - Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements in all operational activities. - Provide support to the customer service team, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Assist in training new employees on operational processes and systems. Qualifications: - Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. - Previous experience in business operations, process improvement, or a similar role preferred. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (if applicable).,
