Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Associate to join our team and assist in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Your role will involve optimizing marketing campaigns, developing effective marketing funnels, and collaborating with creative teams to create engaging concepts for various user segments in multiple languages. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and refining digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other paid channels. You will be monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like Click-Through Rate (CTR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Investment (ROI), and optimizing these metrics through A/B testing and audience segmentation. Additionally, you will design and optimize a localized funnel to guide users from awareness to conversion, continuously testing and refining strategies to enhance engagement and reduce drop-offs. Collaboration with creative teams to align marketing materials with user sentiment, researching trends, developing engaging ad creatives, and tailoring messages for different audience segments will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 0-2 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing. A solid understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube Ads is essential. Experience in marketing funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies will be beneficial. You should also be familiar with multi-language and regional marketing strategies and proficient in analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, or similar platforms. Additionally, experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting campaigns is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are key, especially when working with creative and content teams.
