SRS is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage, analyze, and present business data effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong command over Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to prepare accurate reports and support management through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Collect and analyze data from various departments to build dashboards and performance trackers.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports.
Use advanced Excel and Spreadsheet functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc.) for data analysis and automation.
Coordinate with departments to gather data inputs and resolve discrepancies.
Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Maintain and organize MIS databases and documentation for audit and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets (compulsory).
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy while managing large data sets.
Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Power BI, Google Data Studio, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis.
Freshers with strong Excel and Spreadsheet skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
