Registration Monitoring: Track the progress of all registered and pending registrations (plots/units) including monitoring status related to NOCs (No Objection Certificates) and APF (Approved Project Finance). Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all reported data, identifying and correcting anomalies promptly. B. Reporting & Analysis Daily Dashboards: Prepare and distribute daily MIS reports focusing on sales achievement versus targets, inventory movement, and collection status. Performance Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management, including analysis of Price Realization (per sq. ft.) , sales funnel conversions, and team-wise achievement against incentive contests (like the GBU contest). Forecasting: Assist the management team with short-term sales and collection forecasting based on current pipeline and market trends. Custom Reports: Respond to ad-hoc requests for data analysis, market comparisons, and project-specific reports. C. System & Process Improvement Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time. System Liaison: Act as a key user or liaison between the Sales team and the CRM team to ensure reporting systems meet the operational requirements of the business.
