Essential:

1. Should have a working laptop with internet connectivity

2. Should be willing to visit client locations pan India for about 10 days in a month

3. Should have ability to review reports of team members and review the team on tasks entrusted and Lead the project

4. Male candidate preferred

5. Age Below 32

The Project Lead would be leading and reviewing a team of 18 to 20 executives conducting Verification and Validation operations and audit, should review the report on online software tool, review quality of verification, bring a efficient coordination between functions of the team, conduct independent checks, management reviews, prepare consolidated report and Management reports.

Client:

Our client is a Company providing hospitality and catering service to hospitals and large institutions and have engaged our Firm to manage the field verification team at each location and conduct the verification and validation assignment. Our team would conduct daily verification at the location to ensure control and compliance and will monitor a team of field verifiers at each location through physical visit and participating in the field work.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor Team Lead and Field Verifier activities

- Conduct independent checks and also work with the team on day of visit to Unit

- Review and Validate the reports submitted by the Team Lead / Field Verifier on daily basis

- Submit independent report based on field level checks and reviews

- submit reports on supervision

- coordinate the engagement and tasks as entrusted

- ensure quality of reports and verification

- prepare PPT and presentations on engagement

- Visit Field locations of operations

- be part of client management meetings

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA - OPERATIONS - PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

- Excellent Communication skills in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking.

- Communication skills in Tamil, English.

- maintain integrity in conduct and reporting

- ability to lead a team

- Project Management skill

- People Management Skill

- Soft skills in MS EXCEL and PPT

- should possess laptop and internet connectivity

- ability to understand operations and audit checks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
